- M.C.C. PURCHASES PORTRAIT. LONDON, January 15. The Marylebone Cricket Club intends to purchase an oil painting of the once famous cricketer, the late Dr. W. G. Grace, for presentation to the National A Gallery. The authorities of the latter 1 have signified their willingness to accept the portrait.— (Reuter.) , '>
