WASPS AT WORK.
ENEMY OF WOOLLY APHIS. (Received 12.30 p.m.) PERTH, this day. The. Minister of Agriculture reports that the wasp introduced from New Zealand to combat the woolly aphis jn apple orchards is doing splendid work. In six weeks the parasite annihilated .the aphis in one orchard.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
