SCHOLZ AND HAHN.

AT HAMILTON ON SATURDAY. The American runners, Jackson Scholz and Floyd Hahn, who are to tour the Dominion under contract to the N.Z.A.A.A., will make their first appearance at Hamilton on Saturday at a sports meeting arranged by the Hamilj ton Amateur Athletic and Cycle Club. j Scholz is recognised as the world's ' best sprinter to-day and on several ! occasions he has beaten the flying Paddock. Hahn is a middle-distance runner, who has twice covered a mile under 4m' 13s and on 20 occasions has gone the distance better than 4m 20s. Two records previously held by Nurmi have ■been beaten by Hahn, and as both he and Scholz will contest handicap events, their running will create considerable interest.
