At the inquest concerning James Mackay, who was killed during shunting operations at Frankton on Thursday afternoon, a verdict was returned that the deceased died from shock and hemorrhage, the outcome of injuries accidentally received through being run over by a railway truck while engaged in shunting operations, and that no blame was attachable to anyone.
