SYDNEY CLERKS' MOVE. (Received 12 noon.) SYDNEY, this day. Mr. 'Smith (secretary of the Australian Clerical Association) states"" that application for reduction of the weekly working hours to 40 will be made to the Arbitration Court next week on behalf of those unions 'which enjoyed a -14-hour week before the Act came into operation.
