NEW BUTTER FACTORY.
OPENED AT TE AJWAMUTU. (From Our Own' Correspondent.) TE AWAMUTU, Wednesday. Yesterday afternoon the Te Awamutu Co-operative Dairy' Company's new butter factory was formally opened in the presence of a large and representative assembly Of townspeople and district farmers. The Mayor (Mr. L. G. Armstrong) presided,-and there were with him on the platform, Mr. j>. Steward Reid, M.P., for Waikato, Mr. C M. Alexander, chairman of directors of "the company, several directors Mr. A J Sinclair, secretary-manager or the company, and Mr. A. J. Arnold, factory mSSrer The factory is equipped to pX! of the manufacture of 50Q tons of butter per season. ■ t
