HAMILTON COURT CASES.
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON", this day. A youth of 17 years named Bernard Henry Adams appeared before Mr. Wyvern Wilson to-day charged with unlawful carnal knowledge of a girl aged 13 at Eureka, and was remanded till December 16 on bail of £400. A charge of breaking and entering the premises of the Fanners' Auctioneering Company and stealing therefrom £50 was brought against a youth, Frederick Edward Horwood, aged 19. He was remanded till next Monday.
