GOOD JUDGING AT SHOW. Results of the weigh t-guessino- competitions at, the Spring Show werl made available by the secretary, Mr. Stanley, to-day, as follows:— The fat ox weighed 8111b, and its weight wa s accurately estimated by Messrs. W. Wright, of Royal Oak, and J. Kilgour, of Westfield, who divide am and second prizes. M? h p S , wei S hed 645 lb > and both V n* 5- Welch « of West Tamaki, and *r. C. p. Butler, of Whangarei, got as Slid 4 " 6 - 471b, ' thUS ShariDg SrSfc and The weight of the fat pig was 1141b. Jar. J. Eilgour estimated it to be just Aalf-a-pound over, and won the first Pnze, and the next nearest were Mr P. n -S? rti of Pukekohe, and Mr. James w Wilson, of North Wairoa, whos- estittute was 113ilb, and who divided -eecond prize. The scale showed 1861b as the weight oi the three fat sheep, and this wag C *^ ctly by Mr. G. F. Lane, of Mt. Eden, and Mr. J. Gollan, of PanBiure, - t . •
