HINTS TO ELECTORS.

ENROLMENT ALWAYS COMPULSORY Electors are reminded that according to the Legislature Amendment Act of November 6, 1924, the compulsory enrolment of all qualified persons is continuous. In referring to the regulation this morning, the Registrar of Electors stated that any person qualified to be registered as ah elector for any district; who fails to register within four months of the date on which he becomes qualified to. do so, is liable to prosecution. The residential qualification is twelve months in the Dominion and three months in the district claimed for. If an elector changes his residence within an electoral district he must notify the change to the registrar within twomonths of the date of his removal. Notification forms for the purpose can be obtained from any Post Office. An elector changing his residence from one electorate to another must claim enrolmerit'in his h6w electorate within three months of so doing. A change in any business address need not be notified unless the elector lives on the premises.
