THE PESTILENTIAL TIP.
(To the Editor.) Sir, —Letters referring to the fly luisance and the council tips are most iccurate. I agree with them in every as I am one of the uufortunite householders living in Richmond Road, where we also have a council ;ip clpse handy wherein is thrown animal natter. This filth is allowed to foster in the sun. and not only produces flies and jerms, but also rats of such abnormal size lhat I am told the cats fear to tackle them.—l am, etc., RATEPAYER.
