CONTROL OF BARBERS.
REGISTERED AND LICENSED. NEW REGULATIONS SHORTLY. (By Telegraph.-Press Association.) " WELLINGTON, this day. Tlie Board of Health has recommended the Government to issue regulations controlling barbers' shops, and'it is under stood that they will shortly be readr. Shops will be registered and licensed by local governing authorities. There Trill be provision for ensuring cleanliness and proper equipment and attendance,-with a view to prevent the spread of communicable disease to clients.
