OBEDIENCE IN THE LAW. NEW OFFICIAL ORGANISATION. (Received 12.30 p.m.) CAIRO, November 1. Hilmy Pash Issa (Minister of the Interior) stated that the object of the newlj'-formed political organisations was to safeguard public security, eliminate harmful societies and organise the political life of the country. There was no intention whatever to interfere with the rightful liberty of the people. All must obey the law, but requests for delay in regard to complying therewith would be generously considered. — (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
