CROQUET.
1 Jf, ELLERSLIE CLUB OPENS. The 1025 season of the Ellerslie ' Croquet Club was "opened in the presence 'of a good gathering of members and guests, the afternoon taking the form of an "At i Home" presided over by the president, Mrs. jllunter. During the afternoon, progressive croquet was played. The winner of the | A section was Mrs. Rankin, and the B ' section was Mrs. Osborne! The prospects for the season are decidedly good, all the .! members displaying a renewed interest in the success of the club.
