PONSONBY CLUB. The Ponsonby Plying Club flew their old bird race on Saturday from Blenheim, an airline distance of 327 miles. The birds were liberated by Mr. Martin ln fine weather, and the winner was -Mr. J. J. Morris' r c c Paradise Explorer, with a good velocity of 1267 yds per minute. Results: — Mr. J. PREMIER CLUB. ! The rremier Club held a race from Joliusouville in fair weather. Good returns evidenced a fair race and Mr. Walker again heads the list, his bird being timed in 2U ahead of the second bird. No doubt a new record has beeu established for the distance.
