THE FILMS BILL.
PASSES ALL STAGES. (Received 1.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, this day. The Victorian Films Bill, which yesterday passed all stages, provides that at least 1000 ft of British and Australian films shall be shown with each projection.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
