I The Inter-Parliamentary Union's Counj eil has passed a resolution to the effect j that in future extreme Radicals may be ! eliminated from participation in the j unofficial "Parliament of Parliaments." i In regard to a protest from Mr. S. j Saklatvala. M.P.. against what he called the extraordinary step taken by the ; United States Government in revoking ] his passport visa, the council adopted a | resolution affirming that "it reeoenises that the American Government has a ! right to enforce its own laws, and: ther°j fore, cannot discuss the merits and dej merits of the case."' ! Reference was made to the fact that j the British deleeation of 40 members of | Parliament almost unanimously sun- : ported fhe action of the Secretary of State (Mr. F- B.
