NEW "STAR" SERIALS.
BEGIN SATURDAY.
" SH/VERSANDS." " DR. BURNEY'S GREATEST CASE." On Saturday next we begin publication of two new serials. "Silversands," a iovc story full of comedy and character, will run in our Saturday issues. It is by Eric Seaeroft. author of another successful story "Winter Corn." Our other new story is "Dr. Burney*s Greatest Case,"' by Dixon Kayo. Doctors as characters in fiction have always proved fascinating, and many people when they recall the stories they like best include one in which a doctor has figured. For example, one of Conan Doyle's "Sherlock Holmes" stories, in which the famous Doctor Watson plays no small part. "The Dop Doctor"' was one of the best sellers of its day, whilst the series of stories, "Stories From the Diary of a Doctor,"' caused a great run in a popular magazine years ago. It is difficult to analyse the reason for this strange fascination doctors have for readers of fiction, but that it does exist is certain. Therefore, no one should miss the first instalments of Mr. Dixon Kaye's great story, "Dr. Burney"s Greatest Case."' Both stories begin on Saturday next.
