THE MANAGER FINED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) GREYMOUTH, this day. Reserved decision was given by Mr. Lowry, S.M., this morning in a caEe ia which Walter Leiteh, manager of tho Dobson mine, was charged with omitting to secure adequate ventilation in the mine on June 18 and 10 la*t. He was convicted on the lirst charge and fined ...3, with costs, and convicted without penalty on the second charge, and ordered to pay costs.
