MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE.
DRAW FOR SATURDAY. The Management Committee of the Auckland Rugby League met last evening, the chairman, Mr. W. J. Hammill. presiding. The Referees' Association wrote asking for rulings on several matters relating to players being substituted during the progress of a match. After considerable discussion the points were referred to the New Zealatid Council. Following are the arrangements for Saturday's matches :— Auckland v. South Auckland. SOUTH AUCKLAND V. AUCKLAND. The League attraction for Saturday next at Carlaw Park is the match between South Auckland and Auckland for the Northern Union Cup. The men from the Waikato fared badly yesterday against the powerful Queenslanders. but they should do much better against Auckland, as the lattPr is a very weak team and not nearly representative of the best Auckland side. The following team has been selected to represent Auckland :— Full-back : Gregory. Three-quarters : List, B. Davidson, L. Brown. Five-eighths : R. Cole, S. Riley. Half-back : Webb. Forwards : Sings.
