BIRKENHEAD'S LATEST.
"ADS." AND BIOGRAPHIES. LONDON, September 3. "The Morning Post," recalling that the Prime Minister, Mr. Baldwin, had forbidden the Secretary of State for India, Lord Birkenhead, to dissipate his energies in journalism, calls attention to a series of biographies by Lord Birkenhead, which have begun to accompany booklet advertisements, the first of which deals with manufacturers of wireless condensers. The paper adds: "The Indian crisis ought to absorb all the activities of even Lord Birkenhead's genius."
