EMPIRE EXHIBITION.
DEFICIT AND GUARANTORS. LONDON, September 10. The Empire Exhibition authorities deny the report that the 1924 loss on the exhibition is likely to be increased this year. They point out that it is too early to guess what the ultimate financial position will be. It is impossible either to forecast whether a call will be made on "the guarantors.— ("Sun.")
