Believed to be the -work of a gang which shows remarkable audacity in all its exploits, 20 letter boxes and several slot telephones at various points in the city and suburbs have been rifled during j the past week. Mail matter was stolen from two pillar boxes at Opawa. on SatI urday night, and several slot telephones in the same district were rifled aud iheif ' contents stolen.
