AN ENCIRCLING MOVEMENT. (By Cable.—Preas Association.—Copyrights (Received 12 noon.) MADRID, August 14. A communique from Morocco states that combined Franco-Spanish operations in the Loukkos sector are being continued by an investment in Sarsar and Massif.
The Spaniards carried out an encircling movement between Besbas and Wedsedra. — (Reuter.)
