TIRED AUSTRALIAN.
AN UNHAPPY BURGLARY. LONDON, August 14. A horse-breeder named George Gray, alias McCraig, • described as an Australian, was committed for trial yesterday on a charge of breaking into a house in Clarendon Place, Hyde Park. Accused appeared in Court on crutches. He had apparently climbed to the balcony of the house. He was found asleep on a settee on Sunday morning by a parlourmaid. When Gray was discovered he made a wild dash for the window, jumped over the balcony railings into the area 35ft below, and broke one of his legs and four toes. He also sustained internal injuries (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
