GUANA SHIP STILL IDLE. <By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Wednesday. The dispute over the payment of standing-by time in connection with the discharge of guano from the Penmorvah continues. It was reported last evening that men previously engaged at the vessel had obtained work on one or other of the remaining ships and were not inclined to leave. The secretary of the Waterside Workers' Union, Mr. J. Flood, yesterday received a communication from Wellington requesting him to ask the men to resume work on the Penmorvah. This he did, but was informed by the men. that they intended to remain on the vessels on which they were then engaged and that the agents for the Penmorvah could seek other workers, - r
