SKIN WOOL CASE.
MELBOURNE, August 11. The State Full Court has commenced the hearing of the appeal of Frederick Bardsley, Kreglinger, and Fernau, Limited, and the \Y. Angliss Company Proprietary, Limited, aeainst the judgment in the case in which they proceeded against the Commonwealth Government in connection with the Government's skin wool profits.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.) Plaintiffs claimed f 1,000,000 from the Commonwealth Government, the Central Wool Committee, and the Bawra. with Bir John Iliggins as the person who held the moneys in trust, and claimed the right to participate in the profits arising out of the British Government's wool realisation scheme during the last two years of the scheme's operation, so far as wool skins weTe concerned. The Court gave judgment for the defendants.
