TURKISH DRESS REGULATIONS
POLICE POWER ABOLISHED. (Received 12 noon.) LONDON, August 11. The Constantinople correspondent of the ''Dnily Express" states that all sumptuary regulations allowing the police to censor dress are abolished. Henceforth, occidental fashion will be allowed.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
