THE ELUSIVE KRIM.
NOT IN TOUCH YET. PARIS, August C. The peace terms published by "Le Matin" do not correspond with the Franco-Spanish term*, which incidentally were not officially communicated by General de Rivera to Abd-el-Krlm's agente. The Quai d'Orsay is convinced the terms published emanate from Abd-el-Krim himself. Abd-el-Krim has hitherto avoided coming into touch with Franco-Spanish delegates deputed to acquaint him with the peace terms.—(A. and K.Z. Gable.)
