SHEEP IN NEW SOUTH WALES.
A SUBSTANTIAL INCREASE. (Received 12 noon.) SYDNEY, this day. The Government statistician estimates that the result of the autumn and winter lambing will be 8.222,000 head, an increase of approximately 800,000 head over last year. It is officially estimated that the spring lambing will be about 3,696,000 head.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
