CONTRACTOR'S FAILURE.
The Official Assignee at Auckland today received notice that a petition haß been filed of the bankruptcy of Richard Hugh Sherson, contractor, of Okahakura, and that the first meeting of creditors will be held at Taumarunui on August 20.
