PAEROA LOAN POLL.

PAEROA, this day.
A proposal to borrow £2000 for the purpose of erecting new municipal offices was submitted to the Paeroa ratepayers yesterday, and was carried by over three to one majority. The voting was: For the proposal, 270; against, 85; informal, 4. This is the largest poll in the history of the borough, C 5 per cent of the ratepayers voting.
