CHAMBER OF COMMERCE.

It was America's day to-day at the monthly lunch meeting of the Auckland Chamber of Commerce for the wall at the back of the platform was draped with the Stars and Stripes banner, and the speaker r>f the flay was the United States Consul. Mr. AVnltcr F. Boyle. There was a larpe attendance of members, and after formal business had been transacted the president, Mr. A. A.. Martin, called upon Mr. Boyle to address the members. The consul, whose remarks are published elsewhere, was warmly received, and at the conclusion of his speech, on the motion of Mr. A. G. Luna, a hearty vote of thanks was accorded the speaker.
