A HYLAN BOAST
NEW YORK, July 25. Mr. John F. Hylan. who "admits" that he is the best Mayor New York ever had, will stand again for the position at the autumn elections. He is opposed by all the city newspapers except two. Mr. Hearst, as usual, is supporting Hylan, who has been prohibited by the Courts from praising himself at the cost of the voters' radio.
