SUPREME COURT SENTENCES.

WELLINGTON, this day.
Prisoners' were sentenced at the Supreme Court to-day as .follow :'— George Frederick Murphy/ breaking and. entering and theft at Hataitai, three years' reformative detention; William Hayden, indecency, three years' reformative. In the case of Relph Davenport Moore (attempted rape), accused, who is not yet 16 years, got three years'probation,.and waa ordered to pay-costs of the proceedings. ' ' • .....'
In the Supreme Court to-day, John Boolieris, restaurant keeper,. was, cpnvicted on three charges of attempting to procure miscarriage, and was sentenced to six months' imprisonment on each'charge, cumulative.
