FRONT OF CAR WRECKED.
EDEN TERRACE SMASH.
TRAM AXD MOTOR LORRY COLLIDE.
Shortly after eleven o'clock this forenoon, tramear No. 110, bound for Dominion Road, collided with a heavy motor lorry in Kden Terrace. It appears the car was pulling up at the time, but the driver was unable to avoid the lorry, and the smash occurred at the corner of Charlotte Street. The front apron of the ear. including tile ."riving gear, was wrecked, and was carried back to the next partition. Fortunately the driver (Motorinan L. C. Williams) escaped injury. Xo one was hurt, but the traffic was disorganised for about twenty minutes.
