JOCKEYS INJURED.
KEENE IN SERIOUS CONDITION. ' (By Telegraph. —Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Sunday. The jockey, P. Keene, who received a fall on the first day of the Dunedin Jockey Club's Winter Meeting, and is in hospital with a fractured skull, has been placed on the dangerously ill list. W. Scobie, who was thrown when Bonomel fell on Saturday, was admitted to hospital with injuries to his head and face, but is making good progress.
