THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL
His Excellency the Governor-General, Sir Charles Fergusson paid a visit to the Chelsea sugar refining works this morning. This afternoon. Sir Charles performed the opening ceremony at St. Cuthbert'-s College. This evening he will attend a Scottish entertainment in St. James' Hall. To-morrow his Excellency will visit the Sailors" Home, and in the evening will present certificates to members of the St. Johns Ambulance Association.
