PEACE OF NATIONS.
LION AND LAMB. WHAT LUDENDORFF SAYS. BERLIN. April 14. Field-Marshal Ludendorff has been interviewed on the subject of the disarmament conference which the President of the L'nited States (Mr. Calvin Coolidge) proposes to convene. He said the proposal was based on noble and sublime intentions which would, however, collapse through human deficiencies. The Treaty of Versailles was the greatest lie in history, because it avowedly disarmed Germany in order to introduce world disarmament. That, however, had proved a chimera. Therefore. Germany has the right to demand that her arms should be restored. —"Sun."
