I DISMISSED BY COURT. .. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) i HAMILTON", this day. a Reserved judgment was given in the Magistrate's Court to-day in a ease in which Morton G. Tuck, former manager of the Eaglan Sawmilling Co., sued tlie company for £105, being three months' salary in lieu of notice; £28, the value of a wagon sold to the eom--1 p a ny; and £30 for additional remunerar lion" to which lie claimed he was en- - titled. Mr. Pla-tts, S.M., said tlie evidence " demonstrated that in his management 'of the mill plaintiff was incompetent ' and negligent, and that he had beeu ; guilty of disobedience of lawful eomj mauds. Tiie directors wure therefore jusiiiiod in (linpi-n.~iu'4 with his services in tlie way they did. Plaintiff was nonsuited, with costs and witnesses' expenses in regard to hs claim for £12.5 for wages, "bii the claim for a wagon, judgment was given, for plaintiff for £23, with costs.
