GRANTED AT HAMILTON. (By Telegraph. —Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, this day. In the Supreme Court to-dny decrees nisi were granted in the following cases: Myrtle Alice Weight (Cambridge) v. William Henry Weight, labourer, Wellington, desertion; John Francis Goodwin v. Sophie Goodwin, desertion; James Bert Cuthberteou (Auekand) v. Ella Maud Cuthbertson, deaertiou.
The Mayor, Sir James Giinson, tuul several members of tin' City Council. paid a visit to-dny to iho troo plantations at Cornwall!* Park, on tho shoro=t of the Manukau Harbour. Tho party was accompanied by the Town Clerk, and Mr. H. Goudie. conservator of State forests, under whose direction the whole of the tree planting for the Council at OornwaJlis Tark has .been carried out in the past four years. » A
