TO-DAY'S PLAY. OTAGO'S SECOND INNINGS. <Gj Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, this day. The Otago-Auckland cricket match was resumed to-day in beautiful weather and on a perfect wicket. The not-out men, Alloo and Dickinson, faced Allcott and Smith. Dickinson hit two fours and one sixer off Smith's second over, 150 runs appearing as the result of 152 minutes' play. At 171 Wilson replaced Allcott, and Dickinson reached the half century after 37 minutes' play. At 184 he was magnificently caught by Horspool. Torrance was next, and the second century was hoisted after IS2 minutes. With nine on, Torrance lifted an easy one to Dacre, which was accepted. At 210 Alloo was clean bowled by Allcott. Chadwick did not last long. Torrance had two lives in quick succession before returning one to Allcott. and the inninps ended for 257. It lasted 230 minutes. OTAGO. Second Innings.
