The Hamilton bowling clubs' bowling tournament, postponed from Boxing .Daywas commenced on Saturday and continued to-day. a and B sections played on the Whitiora green, and C and D sections played on the Hamilton green. The greens were somewhat heavy and slow. Visiting bowlers were welcomed by the Mayor, Mr. J. R. Fow, and the chairman of the tournament committee, Mr. D. G. Meredith.
