BLACK "REDS."
NEGRO DELEGATES IN RUSSIA. "THE BRITISH YOKE." DARK AFRICAN BOESHEVIKI. (By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright.) (Received 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, December 28. • The Riga correspondent of the "Daily Mail" says African negro delegates are touring Russia under Soviet guides like the British trade unionises. These black "Reds" are given the special saloon carriage in which the British delegates journeyed. Negroes are seldom seen in Russia, and are attracting great crowds. These delegates declare that Communists in South Africa intend to free the enslaved blacks from the British yoke.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
