The "Daily Express" states that Mrs. Baldwin-Raper, formerly Mjbs Bessie Tobin, of Wingadee station, New South Wales, is petitioning for a divorce. Her husband is cross-petitioning. There is one son of the marriage. It will be recalled that she was formerly the Marchioness of Conyngham, and appeared personally in the House of Lords in June, 1021, and presented a bill dissolving her marriage with the Marquis of Conyngham, who is an Irish peer.
