CONCERN RE SINGAPORE. (Received 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, October 21. I The Navy League's Trafalgar Day message states that the League views with the utmost concern the abandonment of the Singapore Base, and urges on the Governments and peoples of the Empire the vital necessity of providing for an Eastern base. —(A. and N.Z.)
