ANTI-CHINESE RIOTS.
FILIPINOS BREAK LOOSE. (Received 10.30 a.m.) • MANILA, October 20. One Chinese was killed and two ■policemen and thirteen Chinese seriously wounded in anti-Chinese rioting during the week-end. Five hundred police and reserves are on duty, and the trouble is believed to now be under control.
