LOUDON TO NEW ZEALAND. SUCCESS WITH LOW POWER. (Received 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, October 20. The Radio Society announces that some of its members conducted transoceanic tests during several nights, with the result that two amateurs in London this week-end obtained communication with amateurs in New Zealand to-night. These exchanges are remarkable in that they were obtained with transmit- | ting power of only 100 watts, with 80—100 metre wave lengths.—("Sun.") i I
