RUSSIAN BANDITS KILLED.
BRUSH WITH RUMANIANS. (Received 2.30 p.m.l BUCHAREST, Octolier 19. Some Russian bandits came into collision with Kumanian troops in a village in Bessarabia, on the northern frontier. Ten Russians wero killed and one wounded. The remainder made off. The Rumanian troops did not suffer any casualties.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
