TRAFALGAR DINNER.

I AT STRAND CAFE. J In spite of the inclement weather I there was a good attendance of I the. Royal Naval and Royal Marines' j Association at the Trafalgar anniversary dinner tendered by Mr. W. :B. Payne; "The Army and Auxiliary Forces," by Captain Goodwyn Archer, replied to by Captain Strchhury and Sergeant-Major Newton j "Navy League," proposed by Mr. Leyland, and replied to by Mr. Lunn: and "Our Host," proposed by Mr. j W. N. Glibbery. The vocal items wore contributed by Messrs. G. Barnes, J. Meldruin, V. Payne, and G. Forshaw. A request was made by the Sea Scouts for those willing to instruct the lada to fit them for a naval career. That brought Veteran Rowley Hill to his feet. He said he lived at Devon port, and was ready to teach knotting and splicing to any boy who wished to learn. It was decided that the secretary should forward the names of any members willing I to assist.
