LOAN TO GERMANY.
ELATION IN BERLIN. GUIDE FOR THE FUTURE. (Eecelved 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, October 17. The Berlin correspondent of the "Times" says that Berlin is elated over the success of the German loan, and the fact that it is so freely over-subscribed is taken as indicating that Germany might have had and may still obtain capital in far larger sums and at a far cheaper rate than has hitherto been the case. The experiment has thus furnished the German business world with an important piece of information that will not be forgotten.—("Times.")
